These terms govern your use of aipromptpacks.io and all PromptPack products sold through this website. By purchasing or using PromptPack, you agree to these terms. PromptPack is a product of Smartkiosks LLC, registered in Nevada and California.

What You're Buying

PromptPack is a digital product consisting of markdown templates, workflow guides, and supporting documentation for AI-assisted project management. When you purchase PromptPack, you receive a downloadable set of files delivered through Gumroad. There is no software to install, no account to create, and no ongoing subscription.

License and Usage Rights

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PromptPack templates and materials in your own projects. You may use PromptPack for both personal and commercial work — meaning you can use the templates to build products, run client projects, or manage teams.

You may not redistribute, resell, or share the PromptPack files themselves. You may not repackage the templates as your own product or include them in a competing template library. The Team tier includes a license for up to 10 seats within a single organization.

Refund Policy

Because PromptPack is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue — such as corrupted files, missing content, or delivery failure — email matt@aipromptpacks.io within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right, including a full refund if we can't resolve the problem.

The articles, guides, and educational content published on aipromptpacks.io are provided for informational purposes. You may reference and link to our content freely. You may not reproduce entire articles or substantial portions without written permission.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the PromptPack methodology — is the property of Smartkiosks LLC. The PromptPack name, logo, and framework terminology (progressive disclosure layers, session continuity, canonical structure) are proprietary to Smartkiosks LLC.

Third-Party Services

Purchases are processed through Gumroad and are subject to Gumroad's terms of service. We are not responsible for Gumroad's platform, policies, or any issues related to payment processing.

Governing Law
