This privacy policy explains how Smartkiosks LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the company behind PromptPack, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit aipromptpacks.io or purchase our products. Smartkiosks LLC is registered in Nevada and California.

What We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you purchase PromptPack through Gumroad, Gumroad collects the information necessary to process your transaction (name, email, payment details). We do not store your payment information directly — Gumroad handles all payment processing.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not run third-party analytics scripts. We do not collect browsing behavior, device fingerprints, or location data.

How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used to deliver the newsletter you signed up for and to send product updates or announcements related to PromptPack. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. We do not send spam or promotional emails for unrelated products.

Third-Party Services

We use Gumroad to process purchases. When you buy PromptPack, you are subject to Gumroad's privacy policy for the transaction. We use Netlify to host this website. Netlify may collect server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of standard web hosting. We do not access or use these logs for tracking purposes.

Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. If you want your email address removed from our records entirely, email us at matt@aipromptpacks.io and we will delete it. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and the right to request its deletion.

Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all connections to this website. We do not store sensitive personal data on our own servers. Email addresses are stored securely through our newsletter service provider with standard industry protections.

Children's Privacy

PromptPack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify newsletter subscribers by email.
